01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and avc8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the avc8 website located at avc8.bet, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

avc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of avc8 following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and any other supplementary policies published on avc8.bet. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility to Use avc8

To be eligible to register and use avc8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from avc8 or had an account permanently suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of avc8 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You are registering and playing with funds that are your own and that have been lawfully obtained.

avc8 may request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

02. Account Registration

Players must complete the avc8 registration process in full before they may deposit funds, place wagers, or claim any promotional offers. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

avc8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify their identity and address:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport (biographical data page).
• Bangladesh driving licence.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on avc8. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Accuracy and Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registration details accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update them promptly through the Account Settings panel. avc8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated contact or payment details on your account.

03. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on avc8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). avc8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Please review your provider's fee schedule independently.

Supported Payment Methods

avc8 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Deposit Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Most deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's gaming wallet instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking business days to clear depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the avc8 finance team within four business hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, which are 9 AM to midnight BST. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, avc8 may require that your account has completed KYC verification in full, that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met, and that there are no outstanding security or fraud flags on the account. avc8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any review.

Payment Method Consistency

For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. avc8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered player's name, or to payment methods that have not been used to deposit to the avc8 account.

04. Bonuses & Promotions

avc8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering a bonus, and the time limit within which wagering must be completed are all stated in the promotion-specific terms presented at the point of opt-in or claim. Failure to complete wagering within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the completion of a wagering requirement. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–25%). Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering on games excluded from a promotion contributes 0% toward the requirement.

Bonus Abuse and Collusion

avc8 operates active monitoring for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbing"), and coordinating play across multiple accounts. Any player found engaging in such conduct will have their bonus voided, any resulting winnings forfeited, and may face permanent account suspension.

avc8's Right to Modify Promotions

avc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in will be notified and any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original wagering terms stated at the time of claiming, unless avc8 explicitly communicates alternative arrangements.

05. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on avc8 are supplied by licensed and internationally certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its respective provider, which are accessible within the game interface via the "Help" or "Info" section.

Random Number Generation

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win games — use certified random number generation algorithms supplied by the game studio. 06. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use avc8 only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on avc8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in circumvention of a ban or suspension.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, claim bonuses, or extract data.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or coordinate strategies designed to circumvent game integrity controls.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other IP obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to launder money through the avc8 platform by structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward avc8 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with avc8.
• Charging back or disputing any payment made to avc8 without first raising the matter with our support team and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.
• Sharing your avc8 account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place wagers or conduct transactions on your behalf.

07. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your avc8 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who believe they may have a gambling problem — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections including the suppression of all marketing communications and a cooling-off period before reinstatement can be requested.

Suspension and Closure by avc8

avc8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Detection of activity consistent with the use of prohibited software or manipulation of game outcomes.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement directing avc8 to restrict the account.
• The player being found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification check.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, avc8 will aim to complete its review and communicate an outcome within 14 calendar days. During a suspension, deposits will not be accepted and withdrawals will be placed on hold pending the investigation's conclusion.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. avc8 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The fee will be deducted from any cash balance remaining in the account. Where the cash balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting [email protected].

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, avc8 and its directors, employees, agents, game studio partners, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the player's use of, or inability to use, the avc8 platform or any of its services.

avc8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that game outcomes will meet player expectations, or that any particular wager will be successful. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all wagers placed on avc8 are at the player's own risk. avc8 strongly encourages players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.

Force Majeure

avc8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other event classified as force majeure under general legal principles.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
