Deposit Limits — Details

Deposit limits can be set in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at a daily, weekly, or monthly level. For example, you might set a daily deposit limit of ৳2,000 and a monthly deposit limit of ৳20,000. Once you reach a limit, all further deposit attempts are declined until the relevant period resets. You can hold multiple limit types simultaneously.

Loss Limits — Details

Loss limits cap the total amount you can lose — across all games and sports betting markets combined — within a defined period. When your net losses for the period reach the configured threshold, avc8 will prevent further wagering until the period expires. Loss limits are calculated in real time across all game types including live casino, slots, cricket betting, Teen Patti, and Super Wheel.

Reality Check Notifications — Details

Reality checks are brief informational pop-ups that appear at your chosen interval during an active gaming session. Each reality check shows the duration of your current session and your net wagering position. You can choose to continue playing, take a break, or log out directly from the reality check prompt. We recommend setting a reality check interval of 60 minutes or less for extended gaming sessions.

04. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the strongest voluntary player protection measure available on avc8. When you activate self-exclusion, your account is completely blocked from all gambling activity for the duration of the exclusion period you select. Self-exclusion is appropriate when you feel that shorter measures such as a Time-Out or deposit limit are insufficient and that a longer, firmer break from gambling is necessary for your wellbeing.

• 1 year — a medium-term exclusion suitable for players who need extended distance from gambling
• 3 years — a long-term exclusion period

To activate self-exclusion, navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, select your preferred period, and confirm. The exclusion takes effect within minutes. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address. During the exclusion period, avc8 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that any marketing or promotional communications previously sent to you are ceased.
